La Francisca: orders, expenses and management connected to Odoo
The starting point
Sales orders and consignment notes were transcribed into the system by hand. Supplier invoices arrived by email and were entered one by one. Driver expense reports were on paper. Information for purchase planning was scattered across tools.
What we did, in 3 stages
Order portal
Structured order and delivery-note entry, supplier invoices read automatically from email, integration with Odoo and TELI.
Expense reporting
Offline-capable mobile web app, AI receipt scanning, an approval panel for Treasury, and costs broken down by route and carrier.
Management dashboard
A unified view of sales and suppliers, with demand forecasting and purchase suggestions.

Result
Orders, expense reports, and supplier invoices stopped being transcribed by hand and moved into a centralized flow connected to Odoo.
