CEDSA: automatic control of payment reports

The starting point

Field representatives reported cash payments using Excel spreadsheets. Treasury had to reconcile them one by one against the management system by hand. As the number of units grew, control became unmanageable and errors were caught late.

A secure web form for each representative to submit their reports.
A centralized historical database.
Automatic rules that flag irregularities and alert by email.
Direct integration with CEDSA's management system.
